Terms and Conditions for Summer Camp 2010 Registration

Classes, which meet Monday through Friday unless otherwise noted, are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Students who register by March 31st are most likely to get their first-choice classes. Register using the downloadable Summer Programs registration form.

If we don't have enough enrollment to hold a class, we refund all of the tuition.

If your plans change and you need to cancel your registration, all but $50 of your tuition will be refunded if we receive the cancellation before May 28th. Please note that if you register for multiple sessions and later cancel just some, this policy still applies. No refunds will be given after May 28th; no refunds will be given because of student absences.

Tuition is listed for each program/class in the brochure.

Scholarships of up to one- half off the total tuition are available for families with financial need. Please call 651-621-8941 to request an application.

We have extended day care from 8-9 a.m. and from 3-5:30 p.m. at a cost of $7 per hour. Extended day is a drop-in service, and you will get all the information you need about that in your pre-program information packet.

In early June you will receive an information packet with your class schedule, extended day pre-registration and other information that will be helpful for you to know before you arrive for classes.
