Thank you for applying to Friends School of Minnesota. Below you will find admissions forms and links.  

The kindergarten admissions deadline for the 2012-13 school year is February 1, 2012. Kindergarten applications received by Feb 1 receive preference. Contact Susan if you are interested in applying to kindergarten after the deadline.

We accept 1st-7th grade applications year round for openings and for our wait pools.

Application for admission

• Download the application PDF (110K) – return by mail

Admission application fee

• Pay the $60 admission application fee online
• Alternatively, you are welcome to mail a check for this fee 

Required Release of Student Information form

• Downloadable PDF (61K). A release of information form must accompany your school application. This form cannot be completed online — it must be downloaded, signed, and returned to the school by mail (1365 Englewood Avenue, Saint Paul, MN 55104), fax (651-917-0708) or in person.
